These terms govern your use of canawater.eu and any inquiry you submit through the site. By using the site you accept these terms. The terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable Slovenian and EU consumer and e-commerce law.

Nature of the site

canawater.eu is an informational and lead-generation site for the Cana Royal Water brand and our private-label water service for B2B partners. The site is not an online shop. No purchase can be completed on the site and submitting an inquiry does not create a sales contract.

Inquiries and pricing

Pricing for private-label water and other B2B services is provided on request. Submitting an inquiry through the contact form, by email or by phone is a non-binding request for information. An offer becomes binding only once it is confirmed in writing by Cana Royal Water and accepted by the client.

By submitting an inquiry you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them on behalf of the company you represent.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photography, video, copy and graphic elements on this site are the property of Cana water d.o.o. or its partners and are protected under copyright and trademark law. The Cana Royal Water name and logo are owned by Cana water d.o.o. You may not reproduce, redistribute or otherwise use any material from the site without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the normal operation of the site. You agree not to submit false or misleading information through the inquiry form, and not to use the form for unsolicited commercial communications.

Complaints

We aim to resolve any concern quickly and fairly. Complaints should be submitted by email to info@canawater.eu. The complaint procedure is confidential and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with applicable Slovenian law, Cana water d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act. Consumers may use the EU online dispute-resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Cana water d.o.o. disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.

Governing law
